*The Boss*
So this morning I had a staff meeting, oy. We have these once a month really early on a Saturday morning, fun huh. Well at these joyous staff meetings my boss is there, and she always has to have something to say. And these sayings are always that we're doing something wrong. There could be one complaint that the Rec isn't spotless, and the patron, who usually comes in right before close, over exaggerates that the place is a mess. Well one it's really late at night and there has been a whole days worth of people that have been there. Anyway so every staff meeting we have my boss has to complain about something. Why? Why does she have to pick through every patron comment to find something that we're doing wrong? We may not even be doing anything wrong and she'll find something to complain about. Then again she is the boss and I guess that's a good enough reason. I think it's just to make her feel as though we're progressing or accomplishing something. I don't get it but it's okay because we don't change and she doesn't say a thing at the next staff meeting.

It is so true, no one wants to notice the good, it is all about what you are doing wrong isn't it. Oh well, what can we do?
